What is “Adventure?” In EL Education’s eyes, it can be any physical, intellectual, or artistic experience that involves risk, challenge, and discovery. These kinds of experiences help learners realize they can do more than they thought possible.
The “Wellness” category includes healthy eating, exercise, stress reduction, sleep, and healthy relationships. These, we believe, are the key elements of physical and mental health.
