Frank Elementary Principal and Teacher Win Foundation Awards

We're delighted to share that two educators at Frank Elementary School in Kenosha, Wisconsin have been recognized by the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation

Frank's principal Heather Connolly has been honored with the Leadership Award. From the Press Release: "Leadership Award recipients are school principals who are being recognized for setting high standards for instruction, achievement, and character, and creating a climate to best serve students, families, staff, and community."

K-1 Teacher Beth Smith won the Teacher Fellowship. "Fellowship recipients are educators who have been chosen for their superior ability to inspire a love of learning in their students, their ability to motivate others, and their leadership and service within and outside the classroom."

The awards will bring a total of $12,000 to Frank Elementary, and $6,000 to each educator. Congratulations to the Frank community for this recognition of the amazing educators in your building!
