Educator Awards

The Klingenstein Teacher and Silverberg Leadership Awards were established to celebrate the exceptional teaching and leadership for which EL Education is known. The awards are bestowed annually during the EL Education National Conference. 

The 2019 deadline to nominate a teacher or leader is Wednesday, May 29.   

Klingenstein Teacher Award

Each year, an outstanding teacher from the EL Education community receives the Klingenstein Teacher Award. Recipients exemplify the spirit and values of EL Education. They are recognized by their peers to have most successfully transmitted to students the essence of EL culture: building exemplary character, driving outstanding academic achievement, and instilling an ethic of citizen scholarship.
