Leadership Development, EL Education Virtual Institute

This institute supports grade-level team leaders, content-specific team leaders, or other staff members who lead a team of their peers. These teacher leaders will learn specific skills and structures to productively lead meetings, strategically use protocols to structure conversations, deliberately build and sustain a strong adult culture, and increase their own emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
