ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sales Enablement Analyst will play an integral role in the development and successful execution of EL Education’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Director, Engagement, the Sales Enablement Analyst will support the launch of two key functions: product marketing and sales enablement, and will analyze the data that both fuels and results from those functions. This new position offers the opportunity to interface with internal stakeholders across the organization as well as with external business partners to drive sales in service of increased access to high-quality instructional materials and improved outcomes for students nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include:

Data Reporting & Analysis

  • Update and maintain system for filing historical and future reports from external partners, using Google Suite and/or Asana
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Planning, and Finance teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of external partner data ingestion into Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Business Planning to develop sales reporting and dashboards
  • Analyze data to identify sales and customer-related trends, and translate quantitative findings into actionable insights
  • Share, discuss, and gather feedback on analyses with key stakeholders from Sales, Business Planning, and Finance teams
  • Synthesize market trends, customer insights from sales teams, and other qualitative data sources into analyses
  • Utilize Salesforce dashboards, other visual data representations and written explanations of findings and insights to create reports for multiple audiences and purposes (e.g., EL Education Executive Team, Board of Directors, Annual Report, etc.)

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Liaise with Product Management team to develop fluency with EL products and services
  • Create marketing collateral and sales enablement tools for products and services, integrating guidance from multiple sources, including internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales & Partnership Development Team) and outside consultants
  • Ensure alignment with Creative Team on existing brand marketing and communications campaigns
  • Strategically share marketing messaging and/or collateral with external business partners
  • Partner with colleagues who are performing sales enablement-related functions to map processes and interdependencies within EL and across partner organizations
  • Support customization of sales enablement resources for top prospects
  • Inform stakeholders of changes to sales tools or messaging
  • Provide input on sales and product marketing strategies

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in business, accounting, finance or related field
  • 2+ years’ successful work experience in sales, marketing, and/or business-related role
  • 2+ years’ experience conducting data analysis, including developing actionable insights
  • Experience compiling and reporting data and creating dashboards
  • Logical and analytical thinker with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working with imperfect data and able to move forward with incomplete information
  • Strong project management, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience using a CRM SaaS (Salesforce preferred)
  • Savvy with Excel and PowerPoint (and experience using other Microsoft Office applications)
  • Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools, preferred
  • Experience in online marketing and/or use of one or more sales enablement platforms, preferred
  • Experience using Asana and Google Suite, a plus
  • Demonstrated success working independently and efficiently in a virtual environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships in a virtual context
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment, absent an approved medical or religious accommodation

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience. The compensation for this position is $65K - $75K and offers a wide variety of benefits, including paid-time-off, 403b match, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, medical/dental/vision insurance, and more.
