We have all entered unprecedented times. If you are wondering how to support your students remotely with the EL Education K-8 Language Arts Curriculum using high-leverage instructional practices then this is the offering for you! Participants will learn ideas and strategies for using student assessment data in a remote learning environment. How to ensure students continue to use evidence from the text while responding virtually or within other remote learning opportunities will be a priority during this session.. Participants will also explore what close reading and close read-alouds look and feel like in these new settings. Additionally, how to support English Language Learners will be a focus of learning. Participants will no doubt be entering this learning space with different starting points! All are welcome as we engage in remote learning conversations around EL’s curriculum.
