School Leadership Teams are vital in supporting student achievement and implementation of the EL Education Core Practices. This institute is focused on supporting the needs of both newly forming and established leadership teams. Note regarding target audience: Schools should send as many members of their leadership team as possible, with a minimum of two members attending together.

- Engage in a collaborative community of learning with teachers, staff, and leaders from across the nation.
Explore
- Explore the qualities that make a leadership team effective in advancing equity, the tools you can immediately apply to your context, and the structures that you can put into place to deepen collaboration as you dive into EL’s Leadership Core Practices.
Enhance
- Enhance your practice of collecting data and progress monitoring for equity while you create a plan for developing and sustaining a high-functioning leadership team.
Evolve
- Evolve your team’s ability to plan for, track, and celebrate school-wide student growth in all three Dimensions of Student Achievement.
