At Evergreen’s Site Seminar, visitors will explore and experience the structures and strategies for differentiating instruction (Core Practice 19) and fostering habits of character (Core Practice 22) that Evergreen intentionally uses to create a community of learning (Core Practice 21) that is equitable, inclusive, and committed to social justice. The school will share practices related to implementing a strategic plan around racial diversity and equity, including stakeholders in data analysis and decision-making, leveraging long-standing and new partnerships with community members and organizations, supporting professional collaboration among specialists and general educators, while modeling joy, kindness, and a growth mindset.
