At Evergreen’s Site Seminar, visitors will explore and experience the structures and strategies for differentiating instruction (Core Practice 19) and engaging families and community in the life of the school (Core Practice 23) that Evergreen intentionally uses to create a community of learning that is equitable, inclusive, and committed to social justice. The school will share practices related to leading evidence-based strategic improvement (Core Practice 33) around racial diversity and equity, including stakeholders in data analysis and decision-making, leveraging long-standing and new partnerships with community members and organizations (take this one out?), supporting professional collaboration among specialists and general educators, while modeling joy, kindness, and a growth mindset.
