Topics to be examined will be the school's focus on building a strong and equitable school culture through shared leadership, aligning practices along the PK-12 continuum, and operational leadership. This site seminar is appropriate for building leaders, operational managers, instructional coaches, and coordinators of school culture. There will be opportunities for participants to meet with leaders involved in similar roles and develop plans and strategies for their own schools.
